Photoshop
Uni-dog
This is my extra assignment using Photoshop. In this picture I used several overlapping layers to combine a dog to a unicorn. I used the spot healing brush, layer masking, and patch tools. I used the lasso and eraser tools to fine-tune and crop the parts of the pictures I wanted from their original backgrounds. I finished by adding a background that I felt would fit the animal.
Clone Room
For this assignment I combined ten pictures of myself. I used a tripod to take the pictures so the background would remain the same, but I could move around the room. After importing them into Photoshop, I put each picture into a layer and used the eraser tool to erase the background so only I would remain. To finish up I moved them each to where they were originally.
Superhero Twin
For this assignment I took a picture of myself and pasted it into the sky of a background I found. I changed some hues and added a drop shadow. I added a cape behind me and moved it where it looked like I had actually been wearing it.
Zombification
Before After
This was our final project in Photoshop. I added a texture from the internet onto a layer separate than my face. I added a few more picture of scars and blemishes to make myself look gruesome. I used the spot-healing brush tool to make the injuries look natural. I changed my skin's hue to make it look like a zombie's skin. To finish up I changed the color of my eyes and added a background in the streets where I could wreak havoc.
